CHRISTIAN SCIENCE Sunday School
In "a happy climate of spiritual adventure" children up to the age of twenty meet in classes with their peers to learn of God's love for them and the healing power of that love, which leads to a greater sense of obedience, discipline, and spiritual independence.
Young children's first lessons focus on simple prayers, Bible stories, and the Ten Commandments. As the children grow, they build upon these first lessons, studying the Lord’s Prayer, Christ Jesus's teachings and parables, and other Bible stories, and learn how to apply these principles to their daily lives. They are also introduced to the life of the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
A Children's Room with games, toys, and books is provided for those not yet ready for Sunday School.
